Palin Can't Name Supreme Court Case Other Than Roe v. Wade

We already know that Gov. Palin's interview with Katie Couric was a complete and utter disaster. When prompted to defend her claim that geographic proximity makes her some sort of expert on U.S.-Russo relations, she observed that Putin flies over Alaska to get to the lower forty-eight. When asked to identify a single market regulation that McCain supported in his 26 years of service, Palin said "I’ll try to find you some and I’ll bring them to ya." (She didn't.) When queried about the bailout, she responded with a cadre of incoherent rambling about healthcare, spending, and trade. And unfortunately for Palin, it's not over.

Yesterday, Howard Kurtz revealed in his column that "the worst may be yet to come for Palin; sources say CBS has two more responses on tape that will likely prove embarrassing." As media insiders held their fire to avoid looking like they're piling on, a number of prominent conservatives jumped ship. Conservative columnist Kathleen Parker summed up sentiments well: "If BS were currency, Palin could bail out Wall Street herself."

Last night, the substance of one of the ill-fated responses leaked. Couric's interview had turned to the highest court. Palin noted Roe v. Wade but was apparently unable to identify any other Supreme Court cases. Marbury v. Madison? Nope. Brown v. Board? Nuh uh. Bush v. Gore?! Not so much.

But why sweat the small stuff? She's a 'maverick' and can see Russia from her house.

Can You Name what Obama has done to protect us from this Crisis? Quickly now.
Ah-ha, I knew it. You don't know what you are talking about. I can't believe you would expect us to think you are qualified to post your opinion on the internet. You should go back to the kitchen and bake cookies until you realize that you should yield to your intellectual superiors.
That's what all the Palin bashing amounts too. It's silly and it a sham. Let's talk after the debate. Palin can't help but hit a home run. You've lowered the expectations so low that even if she drools on herself and cries, people will say to themselves, she's not as bad as SNL makes her out to be.

This was an insult, not a question.

A lawyer would have retorted: Of course, let me see. United States vs. (fill the blank. e.g. Smith, Jones, Taylor, etc. or the name of a State).

Steevesna -

Strawman. Look it up, or continue in your ignorance.

Palin is out of her league. Plain and simple.

Everyone sees it, but those invested in her being VP still must deny it.

Must be like finding out your significant other is a porn star.

It always amazes when people defend Palin by saying, "well, you couldn't do better." The fact of the matter is we can do better. Palin is a joke and uniquely unqualified to be leader of this country or a heartbeat away from the job. She went to 6 schools in 5 years for a degree in journalism and can't even name a newspaper. McCain graduated 894 out of 899 way back in 1958. He got in because of "affirmative action" (Poor student. Fathers an admiral. Think about it.) Google "McCain Ambition". Obama graduated at the top of his class as a constitutional lawyer from Harvard University. Please vot for intelligence over ignorance. Vote to increase our standing in the world. Vote for our country first. Vote for Obama.
